- Onboarding meeting with Venue Coordinator to start planning with confidence
- One additional on-site planning meeting
- Wedding Coordination (timeline management, vendor communication, and support throughout the day)
- Month-of meeting with Wedding Coordinator to finalize details

- Chair relocation from ceremony to reception

The Wedding Barn
The white barn is fully-renovated with concrete floors, handicap accessible restrooms for men and women, tasteful lighting, plenty of outlets, and an attached bridal suite.
The wedding barn seats a maximum of 160 people in reception style seating. If your guest list is larger, we recommend adding a tent in the back field. We include chairs and tables in every wedding rental.
Although most of our ceremonies are outdoors, ceremonies inside the barn are just as beautiful, and a perfect option for a rainy day!

The Farm
Hawks Nest is a 137-acre horse farm in the heart of Kentucky. The views surrounding the barn are gorgeous in any season.
Entering the farm, there is a long tree-lined driveway. We have six beautiful field options for outdoor ceremonies.
No matter where you stand on the farm, the views in the background of your pictures are lovely and not distracting of the real focus - you and your love.
The Bridal Suite
We have a large bridal suite featuring shiplap walls, a large standing mirror, windows, hot & cold beverages, and plenty of comfortable seating!
There is plenty of light for your photographer and videographer to get great shots of you and your girls getting ready. It’s beautifully decorated, too.
Grooms usually get ready at home or at a nearby hotel or AirBnb and come dressed.

Our team comes alongside you as you plan your wedding and executes day-of tasks, which includes a lot of decorating, schedule keeping, vendor management, and filling in gaps however we can! We believe in making your day easy so you can truly enjoy every moment, so we include coordination in both of our wedding packages.
