Where are you located? 

Our address is 1080 Combs Ferry Road, Winchester, KY 40391. We're just a 10 minute drive from the Hamburg area of Lexington, and 10 minutes from the heart of Winchester.  There's easy access to the venue from I-64 and I-75 and we're close to a variety of hotels for your stay. 
The venue is located on private property and has a gated entrance, so we require you to make an appointment before coming to visit. 

what's your venue's capacity? 

Our capacity is 160 people inside the barn in a seated reception. If your guest count exceeds that, it's important to rent a tent to accommodate your additional guests. 

Are chairs and tables included?

Yes! We believe in transparent pricing, so you can view all of our pricing and package information here. 

Do you set up the chairs and tables, or is that our responsibility? 

We set them up the day of your wedding, and we will also take them down at the end of your rental. Since you're responsbile for your things, we think it's only fair that we're responsible for ours. 

Do you require any specific vendors? 

Nope! We let you choose all of your own vendors, but we'll provide you with a list of our favorites to save you hours of Googling. 

What's your alcohol policy?

We allow our clients to bring in their own alcohol and bartender, but we do require that you get wedding insurance with host liquor liability. Don't let that overwhelm you, it's actually really easy! 
As for wedding day guests, guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol on the property. All alcohol should be provided by the clients and served by a bartender. 

Where is guest parking?

When you come for a tour, park in the gravel area in front of the barn. On wedding days, we'll move parking to a field that has close access to the barn but isn't in direct view of your ceremony. We'll provide all the directional signs and we staff each wedding with a parking team. 

How long do we get the venue on our wedding day? 

In all of our packages, we include a 12 hour wedding day rental. You set the time frame, but usually it's something like 10am-10pm or 11am-11pm. Sunday rentals are a maximum of 12pm until 10pm. 

what kind of decor is prohibited? 

Open flames must be contained in a glass fixture or votive. We do not allow confetti of any size, glitter, faux flower petals, silly string, rice, or seeds. 

Is smoking allowed? 

We do not allow smoking inside the barn, bathrooms, or bridal suite. Smoking is allowed outside but all cigarette butts should be disposed of in the ash trays provided on the front or back entrance of the venue. 

Is the venue handicap accessible? 

Of course! Our barn and restrooms are ADA compliant. We do not have handicap parking spaces, but if guests come that need special assistance, we're happy to help however we can. 

Who cleans the venue after MY wedding? 

We always say it's a shared responsibility. We'll clean up everything we provide, but you are responsible for the things you bring in. We'll help you load all extra food, decorations, and trash into the assigned vehicles. 

Do you allow photographers to shoot other sessions at the venue?
