A few things to know…

Our barn isn’t climate controlled so be sure to dress according to the weather. We do our best to keep guests comfortable by adding patio propane heaters and fans, but dressing accordingly will make sure you’re most comfortable to enjoy the celebration.

Parking attendants should be in place 40-60 minutes before the event begins. Follow their directions into the designated parking area. 

Hawks Nest isn’t able to accommodate large vehicles such as RV’s in the parking area. Food trucks are fine if rented by the clients with prior notice to the Venue Coordinator. 

Guests shouldn’t bring dogs or any other animals with them to attend a wedding. We allow dogs with prior consent if our client wishes for them to be a part of the ceremony or photos only. 

The Hawks Nest Wedding Barn is ADA compliant, however many of our clients choose to have their ceremony outside. Our parking team can give directions to guests that may need special assistance, including drop off routes to a ceremony location. Hawks Nest does not provide a golf cart or transportation for guests. 

Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcoholic beverages. Hawks Nest Weddings & Events requires clients to provide alcohol served by a bartender. 

Uber and Taxis do service our area. We ask that cars are not left overnight, but if absolutely necessary, please speak to the Venue Coordinator about a pickup time for the next day. 

Hawks Nest is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
