PRIVATE EVENT PACKAGES
So much of life is worth celebrating...
We mainly host weddings (it's in our name!) but we love hosting smaller private events too. We have party packages for guest sizes ranging from 20 to 160 people and love working on custom, elevated events for our clients.
Life is busy - we get that. But so much of life is worth celebrating. Whether it's a baby shower, retirement party, work celebration, graduation party, or bridal luncheon, we would love to host you.
Rental Packages
mini
Available on Sunday - Friday only with a maximum of 20 guests.
Event rental is up to 5 hours including setup and cleanup with a maximum of a 3 hour event. Includes setup of tables and chairs in rental, linens can be rented for an additional cost of $20 per table linen. Rental does not include decorations, coordination, parking attendants, or any vendors.
STANDARD
Available on Sunday - Friday only with a maximum of 45 guests.
Event rental is up to 6 hours including setup and clean up with a maximum of a 3.5 hour event. Includes setup of tables and chairs in rental, linens can be rented for an additional cost of $20 per table linen. Rental does not include decorations, coordination, parking attendants, or any vendors.
lARGE
Available on Sunday - Friday only with a maximum of 80 guests. Saturdays can be rented within 3 months of event date.
Event rental is up to 6 hours including setup and clean up with a maximum of a 3.5 hour event. Includes setup of tables and chairs in rental, linens can be rented for an additional cost of $20 per table linen. Rental does not include decorations, coordination, or any vendors. Includes parking attendants for the 30 minutes before and after the event start time (1 hour total).
EXTRA-LARGE
Available on Sunday - Friday only with a maximum of 160 guests. Saturdays can be rented within 4 months of event date.
Event rental is up to 7 hours including setup and clean up with a maximum of a 3.5 hour event. Includes setup of tables and chairs in rental, linens can be rented for an additional cost of $20 per table linen.. Rental does not include decorations, coordination, or any vendors. Includes parking attendants for the 30 minutes before and after the event start time (1 hour total).
